Blind roommating at U of I unless I find someone cool. Any freshmen UIUC goers out there?
- I’m going into the College of Business, but it really doesn’t matter what your major is.
- I don’t smoke, and don’t usually drink, but it’s college after all, and I want to try out some parties.
- I’m on a waiting list at Bromley, but it seems unlikely I’ll get it, so I’m probably going to go for the Six Pack
- Super Harry Potter nerd, I like my tv shows and music, and baking.
- Anything else? :)
U of I or UMich?
UIUC is cheaper, I like it there, and I already got into the business program.
But Michigan was my top choice until I realized it was about 10x more expensive. I also don’t have a guaranteed acceptance into the Ross school.
So any opinions out there on which is better from personal experience?

I quite like this busy little town. Checking out the college tomorrow!
I adore college towns because they’re like mini cities, except instead of being all spread out, everything is all so accessible and close together.
And also, I couldn’t help but wonder, as I was sitting in Chili’s, how likely it might be that the Starkids have eaten here.
